Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size(s). Also, refer to our sizing chart to make sure you choose the correct size. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Otherwise, once fulfillment of the order starts, it cannot be cancelled/changed.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure  before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size(s).  

However, if you would like to exchange an item due to defect or the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service info@youniversalgoddess.com. Merchandise must be in unused condition. Please note: Based on the condition we reserve the right to deny the return. (i.e. smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc.)

All requests for an exchange must be made within 7 business days after the package is received.

Shipping cost are non-refundable.
